Reporting provides access to the many reports available within Stallion by Wilmat. To aid selection, reports are broken down into Owner, Horse and Other Reports.

Each report has a number of sequences and selection criteria available. These reporting options allow you to report on a all or specific entries within the system. For instance, you may print statements for all Owners, a range of Owners or a statement for a specific Owner.

Some of the Horse Reports available will assist in the management of horses under your care. They can also be used as tools to map your training programs for horses and to help you to locate a horse which may be at one of a number of agistment properties that you use.

Wilmat can tailor a report to your specific need, or if a report that you require is not available within the system it can be added for you. Reports can be printed to disk file for permanent storage. Reports including, accounts, can be emailed directly from the system.

Owner's Account (Invoice/Statement)

One of the features of Stallion by Wilmat is the format of the monthly Account. The system provides your owners with a professionally formatted account that is easy to read and provides a detailed breakdown of the charges for the month.

Owner / Horse Notes

The Stallion by Wilmat Notes facility allows you to keep your owners informed about the progress of their horse. Notes can be used to provide a weekly progress report or to inform owners of an upcoming race entry.
