The Stallion by Wilmat Notes Facility will allow you to keep your Owners up to date with the progress and activity of their horses. A Note entered for a Horse can be quickly and easily sent to the Owners and Interested Parties of the Horse by Mail, Email or SMS.

The Note can consist of a short message and if your are sending the note by email, you can attach a Photo, PDF document or a Video Link to the Note. If you intend to send the Note by SMS you will needto restrict the notes to 160 characters in length.

Once the Notes has been saved to the database, you may send the note to the owners by Email or SMS. The Reporting function will allow you to send emails in bulk. This is the preferred option if you are sending Notes to the Owners of a number of horses.

The SMS Sending program will take your note and send it via SMS to the listed Owners, who have a mobile number. The Note to be sent by SMS has a maximum length to 160 characters. If your Note is longer than 160 characters you will need to shorten the Note before it can be sent.

NB: In order to make use of the SMS facility you will need to register with the SMS service provider.
