If you find that the Stallion Registration will not accept your Registration ID try downloading and installing an update to the Stallion program.  You can do this by selecting Files / Update Stallion from the Stallion menu.

Also, a recent change by TeamViewer has prevented older versions of the TeamViewer Quick Support program from working.  You will generally get a "Not ready check your connection" error.  If this occurs a new version of the TeamViewer Quick Support program can be downloaded from the Wilmat Website by selecting TeamViewer Support from the Home page menu.

If all else fails please call the Wilmat support line on 1300 WILMAT.  If the line is busy, please leave a message.  Calls made without a message being left will not be returned.
