Stock Display provides access to the Stock maintenance functions such as Add, Update and Delete.  Stock order history can be accessed via the Update function.

The sequence of the display may be changed by clicking on the column heading for the sequence you require.

The highlight bar can be used to select the required entry.  Type the first few characters of the entry you require to move the highlight bar.  The highlight bar can also be moved using the scroll bar on the right hand side of the display.  When highlighted, the required entry may be selected by double clicking the left mouse button.

 

For the sake of clarity, information relating to stock items is broken up into a number of screens. As a minimum a Stock Code, Description and Catgeoty is required. Other information can be added at a later time.

 

The system has five hire prices and five selling prices. Each price can be expressed as a multiple of the base price. For instance Hire & Half price is 1.5 times the base price. The Tax Code enables the system to selectively charge GST against stock items. Stamp Duty, Damage Waiver and Discounts can be defined at a stock item level

 

The On Hand quantity is managed by the system. Warehouse and order quantities can be established for each item.

 

A stock item can be defined as a Kit. A Kit is one or more other stock items. Items making up a kit can be hired or sold as a part of the kit or as individual items. An item can belong to more than one Kit.

 

Orders which include this stock item can be listed.

 

The availability of the stock item can be viewed.
