Export - Overview
The Export function will allow information to be extracted from Stallion so that it may be imported into your accounting package, your website or your portable device
Owner Receipts
Owner Receipts can be exported in a format that can be imported into your
MYOB or Reckon accounting system in the form of a general journal entry. Owner
Receipts must be imported prior to End of Period Processing.
Owner Sales
Owner Sales can be exported in a format that can be imported into your MYOB
or Reckon accounting system in the form of a general journal entry. Monthly
Sales totals can be exported once the End of Period Processing has been completed.
It is also possible to export sales totals for previous months if necessary.
Owner Payments
Owner Payments of individual invoices can now be exported into your MYOB or
Reckon accounting system in the form of Receipts can be exported in a format
that can be imported into your MYOB or Reckon accounting system as a Receipt.
Owner Payments can be exported for the current period or for previous periods.
Owner Invoices
Owner Invoices can be exported in a format that can be imported into your
MYOB or Reckon accounting system in the form of an invoice. Owner Invoices
can be exported once the End of Period Processing has been completed.
It is also possible to export sales totals for previous months if necessary.
Owner / Contact Addresses
Owner or Contact names and addresses can be export from Stallion for use with other programs. The names and addresses will be exported in either
a comma (CSV) delimited or TAB delimited format.
Horse Transactions
Horse Transactions entered for the current month may be exported. The export can be formatted as a CSV or TAB delimited format.
Web Upload
A CSV or TAB delimited file can be created with your Horse, Owner, Ownership, Notes and Balances data for uploading to either your
Wilmat created or other provider created website The export can be formatted as a CSV or TAB delimited format.
Upload to Portable Device
If you wish to use the Wilmat IPhone/IPad App this export will upload your data to a web based database, created by Wilmat, which can then be
accessed by your Iphone, Ipad or other device. The process will upload the data directly to the databse via the internet.
Export Format
Select the required export format. At present the export formats are available
for MYOB, Reckon (Quickbooks) and Xero. Other export formats can be added
to the system upon request.
Field Separator
When creating export files, fields within the export file are separated by
either a TAB character or comma. This field is completed automatically depending
upon the selected export format.
Include Headings
If include headings is selected, the first line of the output file will contain
a list of the field names that are being exported. This field is completed
automatically depending upon the selected export format.
